The present invention relates to a cushion coil mat for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the cushion coil mat for a vehicle: shortens manufacturing processes, thereby enhancing work efficiency, especially reducing energy and increasing outputs; and improves the quality of products. To this end, the cushion coil mat for a vehicle according to the present invention comprises: a material stirring step of mixing materials to knead, and forming the kneaded materials into a powder form; a material transferring step of transferring the materials formed by the agitation step; a mat forming step of receiving the materials transferred from the material transfer step to form a mat; a moisture removing step of removing moisture remaining on the mat formed in the mat forming step; a coating step of spraying a coating solution onto the mat from which moisture is removed by the moisture removing step; a drying step of drying the mat coated in the coating step; a sheet forming step of thermosetting the mat with a sheet attached and fixed to the lower portion of the mat transferred from the drying step; and a processing step of cutting and decorating the cushion coil mat manufactured in the sheet forming step into a required form. |
