The present invention relates to a suction bucket foundation for decreasing seawater resistance and adjusting verticality, and an installing method and lifting method thereof. To this end, the present invention may provide the suction bucket foundation which includes a main body having an upper part closed with an upper plate, a lower part configured to have an opened hollow column shape, and a column surface configured to have a skirt part penetrated into the seabed wherein the upper plate is configured to be able to be opened and closed and the upper plate is opened when the main body moves in the seawater. Thereby, the present invention has an effect of decreasing the resistance to the seawater in a vertical direction generated when the suction bucket foundation is installed and lifted.
