According to the present invention, provided are: colored dacquoise having excellent color and mouthfeel by controlling a heating condition and the composition of paste for manufacturing dacquoise, so as to prevent the browning of dacquoise and to manufacture dacquoise with excellent color; and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of colored dacquoise comprises: a first step for preparing meringue and powder for paste; a second step for panning the paste in a frame; and a third step for manufacturing dacquoise.
