The present invention relates to an upper and lower joint installation device for a concrete structure. The upper and lower joint installation device for a concrete structure comprises: a left and a right connection joint unit horizontally separated by a prescribed gap, erected to face each other, and embedded and installed in a joint portion of an upper and a lower structure of a concrete structure; and a plurality of gap adjustment units installed across an upper portion between the left and the right connection joint unit at regular intervals in a front and a rear direction. Each of the left and the right connection joint unit comprises: a joint plate vertically erected in a rectangular shape in the front and the rear direction; a plurality of upper and lower embedded bolts disposed on an upper and a lower portion of one sides of the left and the right joint plate facing each other, embedded on the inside of the upper and the lower structure, and welded at regular intervals in the front and the rear direction; an inner and an outer form mounted on an upper and a lower portion of the other sides of the left and the right joint plate; and a plurality of connection nuts welded on the upper portion of the one sides of the left and the right joint plate at regular intervals in the front and the rear direction to face each other. The gap adjustment units each comprises a gap adjustment pipe having adjustment nuts fixed on both sides thereof. A gap adjustment bar is screwed and mounted in the left and the right adjustment nut. Ends of the left and the right adjustment bar are screwed and mounted in the connection nuts of the left and the right joint plate to rotate the left and the right adjustment bar in a forward and a reverse direction depending on the thickness of the concrete structure in which the left and the right joint plate are installed to adjust a gap between the left and the right joint plate. |
