The present invention relates to a heat exchanger for an exhaust heat recovery system. The heat exchanger for an exhaust heat recovery system absorbs heat energy from an exhaust pipe to supply the heat energy to working fluid to supply a gas phase working refrigerant to a turbine generating energy. The heat exchanger comprises a nozzle atomizing the introduced working fluid. The working fluid is atomized when the working fluid is introduced to the heat exchanger, thereby improving heat transfer efficiency.
