Provided are a polydisperse quantum dot matrix comprising a first quantum dot, a second quantum dot, and a dispersion resin; a manufacturing method thereof; and a light emitting device manufactured by comprising the polydisperse quantum dot matrix. More particularly, the first quantum dot and the second quantum dot are separately surrounded by an inorganic coating layer. The first quantum dot includes a first semiconductor material and a second semiconductor material. The second quantum dot includes a third semiconductor material and a fourth semiconductor material. The first semiconductor material and the second semiconductor material have an identical range of wavelength, and the third semiconductor material and the fourth semiconductor material have an identical range of wavelength. The polydisperse quantum dot matrix has reduced content of cadmium which is harmful to human bodies while having increased stability.
