The present invention relates to a rotary floating water solar power generation apparatus. The rotary floating water solar power generation apparatus includes: a central pillar part including a vertically protruding main pillar; a central rotary member supported to the main pillar to be rotated around the main pillar as a center of rotation; a plurality of ring-shaped floating bodies disposed to form a concentric circle with respect to the main pillar; a support connecting the central rotary member and the plurality of ring-shaped floating bodies; a sunlight generation facility including a solar cell panel; a rotation driving means rotating the central rotary member and the ring-shaped floating bodies around the main pillar as a center of rotation; and a central control unit controlling the operation of the rotation driving means. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a load is minimized during the rotation, thereby reducing energy required for the rotation.
