PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of a cable connection portion connected to an electric device located at the rear side.SOLUTION: An electric device unit is mounted on a vehicle. The electric device unit includes: an inverter configured to supply electric power to a drive motor of the vehicle; a second electric device disposed at the rear side of the vehicle relative to the inverter; a cable connecting a first electric device with a second electric device; and a C shaped clamp 110 holding the cable in a predetermined position. The C shaped clamp 110 has: a holding part 112 holding the cable; and an opening 112 formed by cutting out a part of the holding part 112 in an axial direction of the cable. The opening 112a is disposed facing the rear lateral side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
