PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for assembling a ball screw device in which an operator can easily fix oil-containing member within a fixing member, realize its low cost formation and improve a working efficiency at the time of assembly.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for assembling a ball screw device carried out in such a way that a screw shaft 10 is passed and a fixing member 40 having one opening part 40a is fixed to a circulating member 30 arranged at the end part of a nut 20 movably mounted in an axial direction of the screw shaft 10 while being engaged in thread with the screw shaft 10 through a rolling member B, an oil-containing member 50 is inserted from one opening part 40a into the fixing member 40 while the screw shaft 10 is passing through the other opening part 40b, the outer peripheral surface of the oil-containing member 50 is pushed along the inner peripheral surface of the fixing member 40, an oil-containing member rotation preventive member 45 arranged at the fixing member 40 is pierced into the oil-containing member 50 while being protruded in opposite orientation against its pushing direction of the oil-containing member 50 to the fixing member 40 or engaged with a clearance part 51 so as to fix the oil-containing member 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
