PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device capable of increasing the reliability.SOLUTION: A storage device 10 has a control section 12 that controls to set compensation ranges 40, 41 and 42, which are different from each other, for each parity when setting plural parities for compensating a part of continuous data in plural data D0 to D4 to be stored in plural storage units 20 to 24.
