PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition excellent in heat resistance and seal function property and an oil seal using the hydrogenated nitrile rubber.SOLUTION: There are provided a hydrogenated nitrile rubber containing 100 pts.mass of a hydrogenated nitrile rubber and 15 to 40 pts.mass of a cellulose powder and an oil seal containing the hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition. Also the hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition preferably contains 0 to 30 pts.mass of calcium silicate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
