PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording body, a reading device, and a program which are devised so that embedded information is hardly estimated.SOLUTION: In an information recording body 30 including a composite image including an image C1 printed on a bright layer 31 and an image C2 which is formed on the image C1 and is printed on a transparent layer 32, the image C1 and the image C2 are printed by inks whose reflection light quantities are different depending on observation angles, respectively. In the composite image, one image can be recognized depending on the observation angles. In the image C2, feature points in a spatial frequency region F2 have regularity. The image C1 is arranged at such a position that feature points in a spatial frequency region F1 inhibit the regularity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
