PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe guard fence for vehicles and pedestrians.SOLUTION: A guard fence 1 includes a plurality of support posts 10 having a cylindrical main body part 11 erected on a ground surface and a cap 12 fitted on an upper edge of the main body part 11, a tubular beam member 30 spanned between the plurality of support posts 10 and having an end in a longer-side direction brought in contact with the support post 10, and a bolt 20 for fitting the beam member 30 on the support post 10, the bolt being inserted into a through-hole piercing through a tube wall of the main body part 11 and fitted inside the tube of the beam member 30. The cap 12 includes a head part 13 that covers an opening at the top edge of the main body part 11, and a hanging piece 14 hanging down from the head part 13 and inserted into the opening. A long hole 17 is formed on the hanging piece 14, into which the bolt 20 piercing through the through-hole is inserted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
