at least one gearwheel having a centerline; and a hole formed in the gearwheel radially set off from the centerline and running substantially parallel with the centerline; a spigot configured for being insertable in the hole, the spigot having a conical portion along the spigot, the conical portion of spigot in the hole is moved in the hole in such a way that the conical portion of the spigot engages the hole to move the gearwheel radially, causing the centreline of the gearwheel to move radially in parallel with the spigot when the spigot moved in the hole.
