A power device, comprising an impeller (20) connected to a rotating shaft (5), and a fan blade (21) provided at a periphery of the impeller (20); a casing (32) of the fan blade (21) is sequentially provided with an outer-layer fluid channel (8) and an inner-layer fluid channel (7) therein in communication with an external environment; the outer-layer fluid channel (8) is in communication with the external environment via a plurality of first vents (9); the outer-layer fluid channel (8) is provided with a flow-disturbing device (11) therein having a concave-convex surface; and a pressure difference generated by different flow rates of the outer-layer fluid channel (8) and the inner-layer fluid channel (7) is the source of pushing force of the impeller (20). Also disclosed is an automobile engine, comprising an air cylinder (302), and a combustion chamber (2) and a piston (301) provided in the air cylinder (302); the combustion chamber (2) is sequentially provided with the inner-layer fluid channel (7) and the outer-layer fluid channel (8) therein in communication with each other; a channel (801) is provided inside the piston (301), and is in communication with at least one of the outer-layer fluid channel (8) and the inner-layer fluid channel (7) in the combustion chamber (2); and the outer-layer fluid channel (8) and the channel (801) are provided with the flow-disturbing device (11) therein. The power device or the automobile engine enables acquisition of a greater source of pushing force by changing fluid movement and distribution states. |
