A flat-die molding device for straw particulates, comprising a feeding chamber (3), a molding die (1) provided at a bottom portion of the feeding chamber, a rotating shaft (4) passing through the molding die and driven by a power mechanism, a transmission bar (6) extending outward from the rotating shaft along a radial direction of the feeding chamber, and a compression roller (5) rotatably connected to the transmission bar; the molding die is provided with a molding hole (2) and a concentric arc-shaped groove (7) on an orbital path of the compression roller rotating about the rotating shaft; the molding hole is located in the arc-shaped groove, and has a diameter less than the width of the groove opening of the arc-shaped groove; an external portion of the compression roller contacting the molding die has an outwardly protruding cambered surface, and has an axial length less than the diameter of the molding hole. The device has low overall energy consumption, and has a power consumption not greater than 40 kWh/ton. |
