A mobile self-service system, comprising: a mobile service terminal (200) for acquiring user data, verifying the user data and parsing the user data to obtain information about a flight number of the user, and a background service system (300) configured to interact with the mobile service terminal (200) by responding to a request sent by the mobile service terminal (200) and providing service data, wherein the mobile service terminal (200) is further configured to interact with the background service system (300) so as to verify the information about the flight number and confirm a corresponding flight, to establish indoor real-time positioning information about the mobile service terminal (200) and to provide a navigation prompt from a current position of the mobile service terminal (200) to a corresponding flight boarding gate or a specific position according to the service data and real-time positioning information. Also provided is a mobile self-service method. The one-to-one individualized flight information, positioning and navigation prompt can be provided for passengers waiting in an airport, path planning can be provided, and required time can be estimated, such that convenient, comfortable and pleasant flight waiting experience can be brought to the passengers. |
