A liquid crystal display device (1) having an array backplane circuit structure. The liquid crystal display device (1) comprises multiple driver integrated circuit units (20), multiple first lead sets (30), and second lead sets (31). The driver integrated circuit units (20) are arranged and separated by gaps on a peripheral circuit area (10b) at the periphery of an active area (10a) of the liquid crystal display device (1). The first lead sets (30) and the second lead sets (31) are alternately connected between every two of the driver integrated circuit units (20). The first lead sets (30) are provided with a conducting structure (T1) for connection to a common electrode. By means of the alternating arrangement of the first lead sets (30) and the second lead sets (31), implementation of a narrow frame is facilitated. |
