The present disclosure is related to a PROCESS PATENT that comprises a set of measures and mechanisms for the provision of services or implementation of transportation of persons and goods, derived from a road rescue, under a scheme of time optimization which will be applied according to the corresponding manual that is an integral part of the present patent application, as well as of the protocols for the benefit of the user and monitoring thereof by service operators; in terms of time and transfer as such, it comprises rules and procedures for the sole purpose that the user arrives safely to his destination and performs his/her activities without the excessive traffic constituting an impediment for drivers. This kind of service is strictly PRIVATE, since it is necessary to have certain technological elements to contract this service; such as electronic applications, or any mobile device that meets the characteristics described within this application. Therefore, it is stated that th e provision of that service, is based MOTORCYCLES, which are detailed in the single figure of the present application.
