PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data analysis method capable of accurately analyzing measurement data in which initially truncated data and halfway truncated data are mixed together.SOLUTION: A method for statistically analyzing the measurement data comprises: a rearrangement step S2 of regarding the lower limit of halfway truncated data and the upper limit of initially truncated data as specific values to rearrange each measurement data in ascending order between the specific values; a ranking step S3 of calculating a ranking number in the complete data included in the measurement data after the rearrangement; and a statistical value calculation step S4 of calculating a statistical value from the obtained ranking number. In the ranking step S3, when the k-th measurement data after the rearrangement is the complete data, iis calculated from the numerical expression 1 using the complete data and the ranking number as xand i, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
