摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser oscillation mechanism arranged so that the angle of an optical axis of a laser beam emitted by a laser beam oscillator can be changed by acousto-optic deflecting means arranged by use of an acousto-optic device (AOD) without the need for upsizing a device or apparatus.SOLUTION: A laser oscillation mechanism comprises: a laser beam oscillator operable to emit a laser beam; and optical axis angle-changing means for changing the angle of the optical axis of the laser beam emitted by the laser beam oscillator. The optical axis angle-changing means includes: acousto-optic deflecting means with an acousto-optic device (AOD) operable to change the optical axis of the laser beam emitted by the laser beam oscillator within an effective area; and a volume diffraction grating (VBG) operable to remove, of the laser beams changed in optical axis angle by the acousto-optic device (AOD) of the acousto-optic deflecting means, a laser beam to exclude from the effective area by refraction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
