The present invention relates to an exercise apparatus allowing the weight load to be controlled simply and diversely by means of the lever principle of a hydraulic cylinder, the exercise apparatus comprising: a main body (10) including a bench frame (11), a leg frame (12) and a hammer frame (13); a bench (20) disposed on the bench frame (11); a leg-extension weight training part (30) and an arm-curl weight training part (40) disposed on the leg frame (12); and a hammer bench weight training part (50) disposed on the hammer frame (13), and additionally comprising: a resistance adjustment rod (100) having one end thereof connected the front bottom of the bench frame (11) by an axial pin (P1); a resistance adjustment band (200) movably fixed to the resistance adjustment rod (100); a hydraulic cylinder (300) having the ends thereof connected to the rear bottom of the bench frame (11) and the resistance adjustment band (200) by axial pins (P2) and (P3), respectively; a leg bar (400) having the ends thereof connected to the other end of the resistance adjustment rod (100) and leg-extension weight training part (30) by axial pins (P4) and (P5), respectively; an elastic member (500) having the ends thereof fixed to the lower parts of the bench frame (11) and leg-extension weight training part (30); a resistance adjustment band (600) movably fixed to a resistance adjustment rod (51) provided in the rear of the hammer bench weight training part (50); and a hydraulic cylinder (700) having the ends thereof connected to the front center part of the hammer frame (13) and resistance adjustment band (600) by axial pins (P6) and (P7), respectively. |
