A water-collecting container and an electric rice cooker. A shielding arm (2) providing a shielding effect for water in the water-collecting container is arranged on the inner sidewall of the water-collecting container at the side of a water inlet (1). The shielding arm (2) is rotatably mounted on the inner sidewall of the water-collecting container via a spindle rotary shaft (5). Accumulated water in the water-collecting container is confined in the water-collecting container by the shielding arm (2), and when a person is retrieving the water-collecting container, the accumulated water is prevented from spilling out of the water-collecting container, thus ensuring cleanness and sanitation. |
