Disclosed are a communication system, a control node and a communication method. The system comprises a first node cluster and a second node cluster. The first node cluster comprises a first control node and one or more other nodes, the second node cluster comprises a second control node, and the first control node is not adjacent to the second control node. A first transmission link exists between the first control node and each of the one or more other nodes, and the first transmission link is used for transmitting state information of the nodes. A second transmission link exists between the first control node and the second control node, and the second transmission link is used for transmitting state information of the node clusters. According to the communication system provided by the present invention, local state information and global state information are both considered when an output channel is selected, so that the phenomenon of congestion is avoided and the overall performance of the system is improved.
