PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which uses a water-repellent laminate that shows a sufficient flipping properties to an actual food or the like, prevents a liquid repellent layer from falling to be mixed in a content, and has no problem in heat sealability.SOLUTION: A packaging bag uses the following water-repellent laminate. A laminate 1 has a substrate layer 2 and a heat sealing resin layer 3. The laminate has a water repellent layer 4, which is formed of a composite containing micro particles 5 having an average primary particle diameter of 1,000 nm or more and 50,000 nm or less, hydrophobic nanoparticles 6 having an average primary particle diameter of 5 nm or more and 1,000 nm or less, and metal alkoxide represented by M(OR)n (M represents metal element, O represents oxygen, and R represents organic group) or a hydrolysate of the metal alkoxide, on the surface of the heat sealing resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
