PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulator capable of improving the output density from a fuel battery while reducing occurrence of insulation failure.SOLUTION: An insulator is disposed between a collector plate, which is disposed being in contact with one end of a laminated body including plural laminated single cells in a lamination direction, and an end member disposed at the outer side of the collector plate in the lamination direction includes plural insulator members each having a sheet-like plane.
