The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a concrete sculpture using a plastic mesh, and to the concrete sculpture. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises the following steps: integrally manufacturing a mold of a sculpture by pressing a plastic mesh prosthesis using an injection machine, or manufacturing and assembling partial molds of the sculpture; plastering well-mixed cement, loess, gypsum, or the like on the surface of the plastic prosthesis by using a hand or soil knife, and drying the resultant product for 1-2 days; and plastering the inner surface of the plastic prosthesis to complete the manufacturing of the sculpture. The plastic prosthesis has holes having a diameter of 4.5-7.5 mm, and formed on the entire surface thereof in a form of circle, triangle, square, rectangle, etc. The manufacturing method of the present invention forms the prosthesis by using a thermoplastic mesh and a synthetic resin having flexibility and elasticity so as to cut along the shape of the sculpture, and to manufacture molds by closely adhering the prosthesis to the sculpture using heat, or integrally form a mold by using the injection molding, thereby, not requiring a large number of molds or frames, performing the operation by a small amount of manpower, and being able to manufacture the sculpture without a high quality technician or an expert. In addition, the manufacturing method of the present invention uses the plastic mesh as a frame of the sculpture, thereby facilitating construction, easily manufacturing the sculpture without using another apparatus or machine, and reducing costs in an economical aspect. |
