PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently suppress reduction of flowability and strength of a cement composition containing a cement clinker even when there is relatively large amount of AlOin the cement clinker.SOLUTION: The cement clinker contains AlOof 6.0 mass% to 8.0 mass% inclusive, SOof 0.7 mass% to 2.2 mass% inclusive, POof 0.2 mass% to 0.5 mass% inclusive and having the content of the AlO(mass%), the content of the SO(mass%) and the content of PO(mass%) having a relation satisfying following formula 1.
