PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a gas cut-off operation at the time of emergency trouble such as stoppage of water supply facility due to power failure or the like to be carried out automatically and positively within a short time.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a system including a water-sealing gas pipe passage, a normal water supply line having a manual valve to perform a normal water supplying within the water-sealing gas pipe passage, a drain line having a manual valve for feeding usual water discharging from a lower end in the water-sealing gas pipe passage to prevent gas leakage with water accumulated at U-shaped pipe. This system is an emergency gas cut-off system comprising: an emergency water supply line for performing an emergency water supplying through a head drop from a water tank in the water-sealing gas pipe passage; an emergency water supplying automatic valve arranged at the emergency water supplying line and automatically opened at the time of emergency; and an emergency water stopping automatic valve arranged at the drain line and automatically closed at the time of emergency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
