PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water soluble temper rolling liquid composition excellent in gum up property, stain prevention property under a high temperature and high humidity stack condition, rust prevention property and processability.SOLUTION: The water soluble temper rolling liquid composition is obtained by blending (A) aromatic carboxylic acid, (B) aliphatic carboxylic acid, (C) a basic compound and (D) an ampholytic surfactant with water, the (B) component is aliphatic carboxylic acid represented by the following general formula (1), the (C) component contains (C1) hydroxide of alkali metal and (C2) alkanol amine. R-CH(R)-(COOH) (1), where Ris a hydrocarbyl group, Ris hydrogen or a hydrocarbyl group, total carbon number of Rand Ris 7 to 24, and Rand Rmay be same or different.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
