When the control unit has determined that a second processing request having a lower priority than one or more first processing requests be executed, the control unit creates second processing request segments on the basis of the second processing request and a predetermined segmentation size. The total sequence delivery unit determines the sequence in which one or more processing requests are to be executed, each processing request including one or more second processing request segments, which constitute one or more second processing requests, and/or at least one of the one or more first processing requests, and causes each of the plurality of processes to execute the one or more processing requests in the determined execution sequence. |
