The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing sundae (Korean kimchi sausage), wherein sundae is manufactured to be bundled into a predetermined length, so the sundae can be directly sold and cooked without the need of being cut, like sausage manufactured in a unit length, thereby offering convenience to both sellers and consumers; and the sundae is not crushed or burst even when the sundae is cooked in a mixture with another product, such as tteokbokki (stir-fried rice cake), and only a desired amount of sundae can be selected, sold, or cooked, thereby offering great advantages to both sellers and consumers. |
