The present invention provides a waste storage and taking-out apparatus having a gate closing unit, for storing a waste and carrying the waste into a collection vehicle using a lifting fork (B) of a forklift truck, which comprises: a box body (1) having an opened upper part for putting the waste therein and provided with a double opening type opening and closing gate (3) for taking the stored waste out and a running unit (3b) at a lower part of the opening and closing gate; a lifted unit configured to protrude from an upper part of the box body and provided with a traverse shaft (2d) used when lifted by a lifting fork for carrying the box body, in which the waste is stored, on the collection vehicle and a traverse bar (2c) used when the box body is lifted for releasing the waste on the collection vehicle; and a link unit (4) connecting the opening and closing gate to the traverse shaft of the lifted unit to interlink the gate with the traverse shaft for enabling the opening and closing gate to be opened and closed. The traverse bar couples and fixates supports (2a) of both sides having long recesses (2b) to each other, the traverse shaft is configured to be positioned under the traverse bar to vertically move within the long recesses of the supports, the opening and closing gate more includes a tilted wheel (3c) as the gate closing unit for naturally closing the opening and closing gate when the box body is lowered, and the tilted wheel is installed at a tilted angle at an upper part of an inner side of the gate to protrude toward the floor more than an end of the gate. |
