An improved drying system that permits access to an area being dried during the drying process. The drying system comprises: an inflatable mat having a first face and a second face, at least one inlet for receiving a supply of drying fluid and at least one vent arranged on a first face that in use is directed towards a surface to be dried so as to direct drying fluid to the surface being dried, at least one through pathway to allow escape of drying fluid from the surface being dried wherein the through pathway is adapted to receive at least one support which in use supports a platform. |
