PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to appropriately correct by calculating a correct correction parameter even when the relative positional relation between a projection apparatus and a projection plane is varied.SOLUTION: A correction parameter calculation part calculates a correction parameter according to reflection characteristics of a projection plane on the basis of an input image, a photographed image of the projection plane, and corresponding point information representing correspondence relations of pixel positions between the input image and the photographed image of the projection plane. A correction part corrects a luminance value of each color component for each pixel of the input image by using the correction parameter. A detector detects a change in the projection plane. A corresponding point information generation part, when a detector detects a change in the projection plane, generates the corresponding point information on the basis of the photographed image after the projection plane has been changed and the input image. The correction parameter calculation part, when the detector detects a change in the projection plane, calculates the correction parameter on the basis of the input image, the photographed image after the projection plane has been changed and corresponding point information generated by the corresponding point information generation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
