PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin excellent in adhesiveness with a polyester resin substrate and a hard coat layer formed from, for example, an active energy ray curable resin composition and further capable of dealing with a high refractive index, a polyester resin aqueous solution and a polyester resin composition.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyester resin consisting of a polyol component (A), a polyvalent carboxylic acid component (B) and an acrylic resin having an ester formable functional group (C) and containing polyalkylene glycol having number average molecular weight of 1,000 or more (a1) as the polyol component (A). There is provided a polyester resin aqueous solution by dissolving or dispersing the polyester resin in an aqueous solvent. There is provided a polyester resin composition containing the polyester resin or the polyester resin aqueous solution.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
