PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a maintenance time for a water purifier to be accurately informed when water from a water supply source is supplied to a heating cooker through the water purifier.SOLUTION: A heating cooker 10 comprises: a cooking case 12 for storing food; a heater 13 for heating an inside part of the cooking case 12; a fan device 14 for making convection of air in the cooking case 12; and a steam generating device 20 for supplying steam in the cooking case 12. Water supply pipe passages 30, 32, 33 fed out of an external water supply source are connected at least to the steam generating device 20 through a water purifier F. An amount of water passing through the water supply pipe passage is calculated by water amount calculation means in reference to a releasing time of one or more of water supply valves 34, 35 present in the water supply pipe passage and a flow rate of water passing through the water supply pipe passage, a maintenance time for the water purifier F is informed on the basis of the calculated water amount. The water amount calculating means can change a flow rate of water passing through the water supply pipe passage in response to water supply pressure of the water supply source.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
