PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a rotating operation of a rotary part in a blower without disturbing a flow of air under influence of wiring.SOLUTION: A blower 1 comprises a main body part 100 having an air intake 112 and a processing air fan 400, and a blowing part 640. The blowing part 640 comprises: the blowing part 640 which has an inflow part 651 communicating with the air intake 112, and is arranged rotatably on an axis L with respect to the main body part 100, and also provided with an air outlet 642 from which air sucked from the air intake 112 and passed through the inflow part 651 is blown out by the processing air fan 400; hollow bosses 632a-d which extend from the side of the main body part 100 in the inflow part 651; and a storage case 680 which is fixed to the bosses 632a-d and in which an operation substrate 683 requiring wiring is arranged.
