PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid lubricant film in which two or more solid lubricant agents, having a different function each other, are dispersed over almost whole area, in a more even state, so that there is no deviation in characteristics of respective solid lubricant agents, and a production method for producing the solid lubricant film by an electrocoating method.SOLUTION: The production method is configured so that: a first coating sheet including a first solid lubricant agent is deposited by an electrocoating method, on a surface of a metallic substrate; then gas is generated in the vicinity of the surface of the metallic substrate during deposition, thereby plural film-lack parts are formed on the deposited first coating sheet; and then, a second coating sheet including a second solid lubricant agent is deposited on the surface of the metallic substrate, which is exposed because of the film-lack parts of the first coating sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
