摘要 Embodiments of the present invention relate to an electronic paper display device and its driving method. The electronic paper display device comprises a plurality of pixels. Each of the pixels includes at least two thin film transistors, and each thin film transistor is electrically connected to a corresponding data line and a corresponding gate line respectively, and within one refresh cycle, is turned on once separately. Embodiments of the invention can make refresh rate quicker and requirement on storage capacitance lower so as to achieve faster grayscale refresh.
