1. A formulation for application to the skin, comprising:
a) a reactive reinforcing component comprising
1) a reactive constituent comprising as ingredients at least one alkenyl functionalized organopolysiloxane and at least one hydride functionalized polysiloxane; and2) a reinforcing constituent; and b) a cross-linking component comprising as ingredients at least one catalyst and a vinyl terminated organopolysiloxane; wherein said cross-linking component facilitates a reaction to form a film in situ on the skin. |
