摘要 The invention relates to a differentiated, adaptive and automated system and method for leaching in extractive metallurgy, applicable to modular piles with a system of differentiated pipes, interconnected vats or any other system for presenting material for hydrometallurgy, which is carried out between at least two interconnected modules and comprises the steps of: irrigation of the leaching units; leaching per se; outflow of primary leaching solution (PrLS) from each leaching unit to a sampling unit; transmission of collected information to a central data processing station; determination of the characteristics of the primary leaching solutions (PrLS) of each leaching unit, the solutions being categorised according to the richness therein; transmission of an order from the central data processing station to an outflow distribution unit; determination of the reconditioning of the intermediate leaching solution (ILS) to be used in each leaching unit according to the characteristics of the primary leaching solution (PrLS) analysed; reconditioning of the analysed ILS + refining + other according to the result defined by the central data processing station; and redirection of the reconditioned leaching solution RLS from the reconditioning unit to the differentiated irrigation system via the network of RLS recirculation conduits.
