This head-up display device (H) according to an embodiment of the present invention is mounted on an instrument panel (PNL) of a vehicle. A display means (1) that emits display light (L) is contained in a chassis (4) having a light transmissive cover (42) having a curved surface, and the display light (L) emitted by the display means (1) is output from the light transmissive cover (42).
