An anisotropic conductive adhesive film is disclosed. The adhesive film is an anisotropic conductive adhesive film comprising a curable resin, a curing agent and conductive particles, and electrically disconnects circuit electrodes, which neighbor each other in the plane direction, while simultaneously, electrically connecting circuit electrodes, which are interposed between circuit members facing each other such that the circuit electrodes face each other in the thickness direction, wherein the conductive particles comprise a plurality of conductive nanoparticles, and the particle size distribution of the plurality of conductive nanoparticles is in a range of 1-100 nm. |
