Provided are: a powder dispersant which comprises an ester compound of a polyglycerin having an average polymerization degree of 2 to 20 as calculated in terms of a hydroxyl value with at least one component selected from monovalent carboxylic acids and derivatives thereof and at least one component selected from bivalent carboxylic acids and derivatives thereof, and which therefore has excellent dispersing properties and also has a good feeling upon use including less stickiness and good spreadability; a powder-dispersed composition containing the powder dispersant; and a cosmetic.
