摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid type solar battery which can be used as an alternative of a dye-sensitized solar battery with poor endurance, or an organic thin film solar battery with poor light resistance or humidity resistance.SOLUTION: A solid type photoelectric conversion element comprises: a pair of electrode bases; and a photoelectric conversion layer between the pair of electrode bases. The photoelectric conversion layer includes one compound selected from halide based organic inorganic hybrid perovskite compounds represented by the general formulas (1) to (4) and halide based inorganic perovskite compounds shown by the general formula (5), or a mixture of two or more compounds thereof. The photoelectric conversion layer is formed as a coating on the electrode base with a liquid solution according to a coating film formation or vapor deposition method; and the liquid solution contains a precursor which can form the halide based organic inorganic hybrid perovskite compound or the inorganic perovskite compound. The base may be of glass, a metal or a transparent resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
