PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for preparing, from blood cells taken from a patient, dendritic cells in a number optimum for the immune therapy by proliferating dendritic cells or precursor cells thereof in vitro.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition for dendritic cell transplantation therapy of the invention comprises dendritic cells prepared by a process comprising the steps of: removing mononuclear cells from the blood cells taken from a subject; removing T cells from the mononuclear cells; culturing the rest of the cells after the removal of T cells from the mononuclear cells in a culture medium containing GM-CSF and SCF. The step of culturing the rest of the cells after the removal of T cells from the mononuclear cells in a culture medium containing GM-CSF and SCF is included in the process in some cases. The pharmaceutical composition of the invention for dendritic cell transplantation therapy may be used for treating cancers or infectious diseases.SELECTED DRAWING: None
