PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service effect evaluation device for evaluating effect of service before execution and program.SOLUTION: A service effect evaluation device 1 can evaluate effect of service and includes: an operation unit 12 for inputting a service item; a display unit 13; a storage section 14 for storing a plurality of model expressions prepared for each plurality of service levels relative to a plurality of service items on the basis of questionnaire results executed in advance; and a controller 11 for converting evaluation for a service item into cash value by using a model expression corresponding to each plurality of service levels of a service item input from the operation unit 12 and calculate and output it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
