PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability of a calculation result concerning thermal insulation performance.SOLUTION: An estimation device 10 for thermal insulation performance includes a first acquisition part 11, a second acquisition part 12, a preliminary determination part 15, and a calculation part 13. The first acquisition part 11 acquires temperature data regarding indoor 21 and outdoor 22 temperatures of a building 20. The second acquisition part 12 acquires heat amount data regarding energy consumption by air-conditioner or a heater that changes the indoor 21 temperature. The preliminary determination part 15 determines whether the temperature data and the heat amount data satisfy a prescribed determination criterion. The calculation part 13 calculates thermal insulation performance of the building 20 when the determination criterion is met, using the temperature data and the heat amount data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
