PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular drive device capable of improving fuel economy while suppressing increase in size of the device with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A vehicular drive device includes a chain drive mechanism in a case in which an oil storage part is formed. The vehicular drive device includes: a radial wall part 22 extending radially; a cover member 60 fixed to the radial wall part 22, and forming a storage chamber of the chain drive mechanism; and a first communication part G1 communicating the storage chamber and the oil storage part.
